[Rye] Sakura Quest Ep. 7 Patch

This patch replaces incorrect subtitles in this episode. Episode 8's subtitles were muxed instead of the correct script.

In following the Rye release...
 - Dialog is KOTEX (from the ARC release here).
 - Signs from Nii-sama (resampled script to 1080p).
 - Astral OP/ED song styling.

Other changes:
* The OP/ED song subs were replaced with the copies from episode 9, due to timing differences from episode order on the BD disc.
* 0:01:57.51 - "Oh, Yoshi!" -> "Oh, Yoshino!" because Shiori didn't use a nickname.
* 0:03:44.99 - The tourism center sign was in the KOTEX script, but not done by Nii-sama, so I typeset this.

Note: There are a couple triple-line subs in this. Rye did not use a top alignment style for alternate dialog like Nii-sama did. That and not breaking up hyphenated dual-speaker subs causes overlaps leading to triple-lines. You'll see it in Rye's ep. 1, too. Fixing it would have meant retiming lines of the script and styling not consistent with the rest of Rye's release.
